If I exit the app during account opening, do I have to start over?
Our Onboarding journey is designed in a client friendly manner allowing the clients to start and complete the journey as per their convenience.
It takes only 6 minutes to complete the account opening with Torus. However, if you choose to leave the account opening journey mid way, you don't have to worry about restarting the process all over again. All you have to do is:
1. Visit our app or website
2. Enter your registered mobile number
3. Enter the OTP
4. Enter MPIN set by you earlier in the journey
4. Click on Resume Journey
You now will be directed to the page where you had left the account opening journey earlier. You can now proceed and complete the same.
