The date of 42nd AGM in Point No.4 should be read as 14th September 2022 (Wednesday). Accordingly, Point No.4 in the Outcome of the Board Meeting should be read as under: Approved the Notice of the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 14th September 2022 (Wednesday) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
