(IST) through Video Conferencing /Other Audio Visual Means. Notice of the Annual General Meeting is enclosed herewith. Notice and Annual Report is also available on the website of the Company: (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 06.07.2022) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the 72nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on 28th July 2022 at 11.30 A.M through Video Conference and Other Audio Video Means (VC / OVAM). A total of 86 Members were present at the AGM. The Company provided remote e-voting facilities to the members on the resolutions proposed to be considered at the AGM from 10:00 AM on 25th July 2022 to 5:00 PM on 27th July 2022 on the e-voting platform of National Securities Depositories Limited (NSDL). Further facility to vote during the AGM was also provided by the NSDL.
