Approved the Audited financial statements for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2022. 2. The 19th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 29th day of July, 2022 at 3.00 P.M. through VC/OAVM mode without a common Venue in compliance with General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The meeting commenced at 12.30 PM and concluded at 03:15 P.M. The cut-off date for the purpose of determining members for remote e-voting facility in Friday, July 22, 2022 The remote e voting period shall commence from Tuesday 26th July, 2022 at 9.00 am and end on Thursday 28th July, 2022 at 5.00 pm.
