AGM:25.07.2022 We are pleased to inform you that the 6th AGM of the members of the Company will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022, at 3:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'), in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, rules made thereunder, SEBI Listing Regulations & General Circular no. 02/2022 read along with General Circular no. 14/2020, 17/2020, 20/ 2020, 02/2021 & 19/2021 & all other applicable laws and circulars issued by the MCA, & Circular dated 13.05.2022 read with circulars dated 15.01.2021 & 12.05.2020 issued by SEBI.
