In terms of the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder and pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, September 20, 2022 to Monday the September 26, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company to be held on the 26th September, 2022 and the payment of final dividend, if approved at the said AGM. A.G.M & Book Closure (Revised) (As Per BSE Bulletin dated on 30.08.2022) The date of Forty Seventh Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the company has been revised to Thursday, 29th September, 2022. Accordingly, the date for closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company has also been revised from Friday, 23rd September, 2022 to Thursday the 29th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding AGM and the payment of final dividend, if approved at the said AGM.
