My funds transfer failed but funds got deducted. When will the amount be credited back to my account?
Please verify the mode of fund transfer you used to send the funds.
UPI: - UPI provides for real time reversals for declines and amount would be transferred back to the payer account immediately. In case if it does not reverse the amount immediately, you can contact your bank for the same.
Net-Banking: - If fund transfer failed through Net Banking, then the same will be refunded within 48 workings hours by the bank.
IMPS: - If the transfer fails, the amount is usually credited back instantly or within a few hours. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
NEFT: -In case of a failed transaction, the funds are typically credited back to your account within 2-3 hours. However, in some cases, it can take up to 24 hours.
RTGS: -If the transaction fails, the reversal is typically processed within 1-2 hours. At most, it may take up to 24 hours.
If the refund is delayed beyond these periods, it is advisable to contact your bank for further assistance.
