AGM 20/09/2022 The Company has fixed Book Closure as per the attached intimation. The 29th Annual General Meeting shall be held on 20th September 2022. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 13/08/2022) With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby inform you that certain inadvertent errors were noticed in the Annual CSR Report, forming part of the Directors Report in the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2021-2022, after the same was sent to the Members / shareholders through electronic mode on 27th August, 2022. The Compay has issued corrigendum to rectify these errors. The Corrigendum is attached for your reference, record and information. This corrigendum should be read in conjuction with the Annual report 2021-2022. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 17.09.2022) We are pleased to enclose a copy of the Corrigendum published in the Financial Express (English Daily) and Rozana Spokesman (Punjabi Daily) on 17th September 2022 to the shareholders of the Company.
