AGM 19/09/2022 Pursuant to provisions of Regulations 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e., on Tuesday, August 09, 2022, which commenced at 05:00 P.M. and concluded at 7:30 P.M has approved unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report and other business matters. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 09.08.2022) With reference to our earlier announcement dated August 9, 2022, the date of 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company was scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 by the Board of Directors of the Company. However, due to certain contingencies, the date of 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company has been preponed and now scheduled to be held on Monday, September 19, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. by Video Conferencing (VC)/ or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) as approved by the Board of Directors on August 20, 2022.
