we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, 30th May 2022 Recommendation of final Dividend of Re 0.05/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (2.5%) for the financial year 2021-22 to the Shareholders for approval at the ensuing AGM.
